The coronavirus affects all aspects of society, as well as football. Matches cancelled, others behind closed doors and some leagues have even stopped. Everything is changing minute by minute. We have been monitoring the unprecedented legal and public health developments, as their consequences cascade through the ticketing and events business, and are adapting to rapidly changing business circumstances on a daily basis.

The evolving COVID-19 situation has led to questions about what happens if an event is postponed, cancelled or played behind closed doors. 

Here is the current situation: 

 

When an event is postponed: 

 

• We are waiting for the event organizer to decide whether to cancel or reschedule. 

• There is no need to take any action, and our customer service team will contact you directly once we have an update from event organizers. 

• Keep your current tickets, which will be valid for the new event date.

• If the event is rescheduled due to a government lockdown, your tickets will still be valid for the new date. However, if you are unablet o travel to attend on the new date, we will add a credit coupon worth 100% of the full value of your order, all included, to your FTN account. You can apply this coupon to one of multiple FTN orders until 2 years from the issuing date.
• If you are unable to attend a match that was postponed for Covid-related reasons by club or league decision, it will be considered separately from this policy.

 

When an event is canceled or played behind closed doors:

 

•You will receive notice via email if your event has been canceled or played behind closed doors.  

•We will add a credit coupon worth 100% of the full value of your order, all included, to your FTN account. You can apply this coupon to one or multiple FTN orders until 2 years from the issuing date. 

In case you are unable to use the coupon until this date, you can e-mail us and we will check the option of extending the credit.
